Posted by BOLD Apps on
Digital cartography and design are two dynamic fields, both with loads of interesting developments. How do professionals keep up? Attending conferences is one way, and here's a few relevant events coming up soon.
For the latest on the design world, there's How, CreativePro, & Visual Connections. For mapping, AAG and State of the Map.
How Design Live offers a rich program covering a wide range of pertinent topics - graphic tools mastery, agency management, career development, and of course, creativity!
Discounted prices if you register by April 2.
CreativePro focuses on training for Illustrator and Photoshop.
Extensive training for both applications, offered by experts who have done it all.
Visual Connections is the place to go to see the latest stock photo, illustration & video. Great for graphic designers and photo researchers. They will be in Chicago in May, then NYC in October.
For mapping enthusiasts, Open Street Map just announced it will be meeting this July in Seattle this year for State of the Map conference. Details to follow soon.
The Association of American Geographers is meeting now in San Francisco, so it's too late to attend for 2016. But they have great information coming out of the meeting, and you can get it online.
