Look What Came in the Mail Today....

Cooking With Kids, a beautiful set of cookbooks for the classroom.  And these are not just cookbooks, they are fully fleshed out curriculum for grades K-6.

The cooking lessons incorporate Art, Literacy, Math, Health curriculum for specific grades.  With great advice on safety, teamwork, shopping, and planning.

And the recipes actually look great!

Our favorite part - of course - is the use of maps.  Kids get to see a map of the region or country where a food originated. A helpful aid for promoting geographic understanding.
