Custom Map Service - From Proposal to Delivery

We do custom maps every day - some are simple projects and some are large complex maps.  To get the ball rolling, just email us a a general request or give us a call.  You can reach us Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST at 609-397-1611 (worldwide).

Basically, we will need to know the following to get a firm quote for cost and time:

The best way to explain your area is to:

Email us a photo, PDF, JPEG, or any image showing the area you need (Don't worry about showing the exact detail you need - Just focus on capturing your area). If you have an image showing the area, such as a photo or scanned image of a map to show the area, you please attach that to an email and send it to us.

Or, you can use Yahoo Maps or Google Maps, then zoom in to show the area you need, do a screen capture, and then draw a rectangle or crop the image to just show the area you need.

It is also helpful to include any info on your desired Map Size: If specific map dimensions are required, for example for a printed piece, please provide the dimensions in inches or cm.

Just a few words, or a sample image, or a link to a map on the web that shows the style and/or features you would like on the map.  

For example do you need every Local Street, or just Highways and Major Roads? Do you need country borders? States? Counties? Cities? Zip Codes? Schools? We can even add your own list of custom locations!

Once we review the Map Area and Map Size, we will email you a proposal for your review.  The proposal will include the cost and delivery date, as well as links to download a sample map in Adobe Illustrator format which will show you the style and layers we will use.  

You can view the sample file to see the editability that will be built into your map, allowing you to change all color fills, line specifications, and type fonts.

Download the Custom Map Order Form. Complete the form and FAX to 1-609-751-9378. Upon receipt of your order, we will email you a confirmation, with anticipated delivery date.  We accept payment by PayPal and all major credit cards. 

We move on to final map production, and deliver the final map within 5 to 10 business days from receipt of your order.  For small and simple maps, rush service is available as quickly as 24 hours. 

Delivery is usually as an email attachment, or for larger files we can set up a link to our FTP site for download.
