Map Resources - High Resolution JPEG Images
Map Resources - High Resolution JPEG Images are no longer available from our web site, but if you have Photoshop you can purchase the Adobe Illustrator format and use Photoshop to quickly create a JPEG image at any size and resolution you need! So you are not limited to 300 dpi, CMYK 8.5x11 inch maps - now you can make a JPEG file at whatever size, resolution, and color specs works best for your project. Just open the Adobe Illustrator format file in Photoshop (use the menu command File > Open) and "rasterize" the image into a Photoshop image. When you open the file Photoshop will let you set the image dimensions and pixel resolution on the fly. Then, after the file imports into Photoshop (which only take a few moments), you can save it in JPEG format - or any other format supported by Photoshop. Of course, you can change the color space from CMYK to RGB, crop the image, or use any of the other Photoshop tools to alter the image in any way you like. So now our maps work even better with Photoshop - and all the other great Adobe software that are compatible with Photoshop! So you can use all of our world maps, USA, states, cities, countries, terrain, contour, etc maps in Photoshop!
